Agri-Gate Management ("us", "we", or "our") operates the Agri-Gate Management app (the "Service").

Children’s Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13 ("Children").

Agri-Gate Management will take all the steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy and no transfer of your Personal Data will take place to an organization or a country unless there are adequate controls in place including the security of your data and other personal information.

This Privacy Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Google Single Sign-On

Our app provides the option to use Google Single Sign-On (SSO) as a convenient method for authentication. By choosing to log in with Google, you grant us access to your email address associated with your Google account. This email address will be used exclusively for the purpose of authenticating your identity within our app and sending you important app notifications. We will not use your email address for any other purposes or share it with any third parties. Your email data will be stored securely in accordance with industry standards, and you may choose to opt-out of app notifications at any time through your account settings within the app. The use of Google SSO is in full compliance with Google’s User Data Policy, and we ensure to handle your information with the utmost care and transparency.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.

We will let you know via email and/or a prominent notice on our Service, prior to the change becoming effective and update the "effective date" at the top of this Privacy Policy.

You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.
